GOAL (Greater Outcomes in Adult Literacy) is a partnership between Chesterfield County Public Library and The READ Center.
Beginning July 1, adults 18 and over can improve their reading, writing, and digital skills at the library through one-on-one tutoring with a CCPL librarian.
Approximately 12 librarians have been trained by READ staff to be adult literacy tutors. We are so excited to see how this program grows and what impact it will have on adult literacy in the Chesterfield area!
